Inventory Management Specialist

What you'll do: + Conduct regular inventory counts and audits and help track and manage the inventory at your assigned warehouse. + Assist with completing and generating inventory reports that assure inventory accuracy and process compliance. + Assist with audits of the inbound receiving from supplier(s) to ensure warehouse and supplier compliance with quantities ordered and quantities received. + Complete scorecard audits as directed for warehouse operations to include housekeeping, safety, inventory accuracy and process compliance. + Work with the Inventory Control Manager as directed to ensure compliance with Ansco warehouse operation processes. + Assist with the development of reports that ensure warehouse compliance with SOX inventory reporting. + Read, understand and follow standard inventory control processes and operating procedures. + Perform daily inventory and receiving audits and audits of staged orders. + Under the direction of the Inventory Control Manager, assist in holding employees and subcontractors accountable to appropriate documentation of inventory as it is taken and returned to designated yards/warehouses. + Complete standard work documents and accurately input inventory data into company inventory management system(s). + Participate in and adheres to all company safety requirements. + Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications : + Minimum of 1 year of experience working with and tracking inventory. + Must have valid driver’s license. + Experience work with operational processes, safety standards, inventory control, analyzing info, equipment maintenance, and exercising good judgment. + Ability to safely and effectively operate stand up and sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks. + Detail oriented, organized and able to effectively follow directions and work under general supervision. + Ability to work effectively with others and to follow directions. + Ability to communicate effectively. + Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes, weighing up to 50 pounds &nspb; Ansco & Associates, LLC provides a complete variety of construction and engineering services to the wireless and wireline industry.
