System One is working with a growing company in the Tulsa, OK area in the retail distribution industry who is seeking a new team member to perform Inventory Management and Analysis. This organization is a rapidly growing company with a large list of well-known retail partners and growing! The company is a smaller group, team-oriented and self-motivated environment. Responsibilities: + Help with inventory analysis and replenishment + Provide inventory management and vendor management to ensure things are running smoothly inside and with vendors + Manage ERP system on a real time basis ensuring updates are accurate + Run inventory reports and create work orders based on needs + Inventory forecasting to fill orders and work with other departments to ensure items are imported accurately + Order all need supplies for the warehouse and Broken Arrow office + Run open customer orders and make advisements for what inventory needs to be ordered Requirements: + Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management and/or analysis specifically in the retail and distribution industry + ERP system experience required; Retail-Link experience preferred + High School Diploma or equivalent + Strong Excel skills required + Ability to perform customer service by phone and email, therefore strong written and verbal communication is required + Team player, organized, and dedicated attitude individual with a strong work ethic who is independently motivated will work best in this environment + System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
