Transdev is proud to offer: + Competitive compensation package of minimum $60,000– maximum $70,000 Benefits include: + Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks + Sick days: 5 days + Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating + Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability Responsibilities: Ensure invoices show correct pricing and are properly coded for payment. + Ensure all invoices have been processed for months-end reporting + Must have automotive parts, warehouse experience + Track and enforce warranties for parts and services. + Identify trends, insure sufficient supply of parts and consumables for special projects, campaigns, and weather-related events/seasons. + Ensure the needs of the staff are met in a timely manner. + Work with Vendors to find the best pricing and to negotiate purchasing contracts for equipment, parts, services, and supplies. + Buyer for goods and services needed by the centralized Maintenance Department for timely work order completion (create purchase requisitions, expedite orders as needed, and follow up on order fulfillment). + Identify, buy for, and maintain proper levels of inventory to avoid project and maintenance down time. + Support and direct field operations managers with purchasing needs / requests + Annual physical Inventory counts and monthly cycle counts + Work with accounting to reconcile physical inventory to system counts. + Responsible for keeping the purchasing database up to date and accurate Qualifications: + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent + 5+ years of related work experience + Excellent interpersonal & communication skills + Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office + Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
