**Job Title: Line Supply Supervisor** ******Call/Txt 513.393.180eight****** **Job Description** Primarily responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities and implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. **Responsibilities** + Train, evaluate, and cross-train team members. + Schedule, manage, and assign daily work. + Generate PE supply sheets. + Verify and reconcile PE formulas with current R&D product specifications. + Enforce SOPs, GMPs, and FIFO material handling rules. + Reconcile and verify inventory charges using transaction journals, PFS reports, and PE documents. + Ensure team members are properly executing IC procedures, recording, and verifying materials. + Conduct safety and training meetings. + Oversee storage area maintenance and order. **Essential Skills** + Direct Supervisory Experience - 90% out on floor directing employees (13-15 per shift). + Good attitude/flexibility. + Good attendance. + Good work ethic. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Sorting. + Quality control. + Production. + Materials handling. + Inventory software. + Cycle counts. **Why Work Here?** Our client is experiencing tremendous growth and has become an industry leader, committing much of this growth to the Fairfield location.
