**Job Title: Inventory Parts Manager**
**Job Description**
The Inventory Parts Manager will be responsible for all aspects of parts management and inventory control, with a special focus on Special Order Parts inventory. This role involves working closely with the production team to ensure that all necessary parts are available for vehicle builds, which can take several months from sale to completion. The Inventory Parts Manager will be responsible for accurately tracking all vehicle sales, ordering parts, managing and tracking inventory for the lifecycle of each vehicle, and managing a team of employees.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee all parts management and inventory control activities.
+ Manage Special Order Parts inventory.
+ Collaborate with the production team to ensure all parts are available for vehicle builds.
+ Track and manage inventory for the lifecycle of each vehicle, which can span up to 6 months.
+ Order parts and manage purchase orders.
+ Ensure accurate tracking of vehicle sales and associated parts inventory.
+ Utilize Dealer Management Software (DMS) and Excel for inventory tracking.
+ Manage and supervise a team of four employees.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6+ years of parts management experience.
+ High-level attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in inventory control and vendor management.
+ Strong skills in order processing and purchase requisitions.
+ Comprehensive understanding of parts terminology and warehouse management.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
+ Experience with Dealer Management Software (DMS).
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in parts management within the vehicle industry is preferred.
+ Experience in a high-volume production facility.
+ Proven experience in managing a team.
+ Experience in process optimization and creating new procedures.

**Work Environment**
This position operates in a production facility that is non-climate controlled but under a roof. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some overtime expected. You will be managing a team of four employees.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
