Job Description
We are hiring for an Inventory Planner III. This position requires flexibility, as the schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, but is subject to change with advance notice. The role involves managing metrics and daily reports for standups, product resolution, working with leads, SOPs/documentation, and conducting root cause analysis using tools like fish bone diagrams. The core function of this role is analytics, with a 50% focus on data entry/collection/analysis and 50% on physically handling materials and processing them through ERP systems.
ResponsibilitiesManage metrics and daily reports for standups.Conduct product resolution and work with leads and SOPs/documentation.Perform root cause analysis and create fish bone diagrams.Enter and pull data from systems, investigate discrepancies, and resolve product issues.Trend data, create pivot tables and graphs to show consistencies or inconsistencies over time.Physically handle materials and process them through ERP systems.Assist other areas with processing materials.Essential Skills1+ year of experience with process audits, fish bone diagrams, and root cause analysis.Experience with process analysis and identifying inefficiencies.Background in aerospace, automotive, warehouse, supply chain, or waste management.Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, creating formulas) or similar software like Quip or Smartsheet.Attention to detail and the ability to double/triple check work.Additional Skills & QualificationsFlexible on degree.Work Environment
The role is not a typical corporate position and will be based in a warehouse environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in such settings. The general schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, but may change with advance notice. Candidates may need to work one weekend day and overtime as required. The location is NE Kirkland, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
