Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner III for a second shift position. The shift options include: Front Half (Sun-Wed), Back Half (Wed-Sat), or Doughnut shift (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri) from 5 PM to 3:30 AM PST. The role requires strong execution of data and processes, and the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective while encouraging cross-functional and cross-business project development.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.Manage inbound shipments including PO tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.Execute a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.Process materials using ERP systems (GIRA, SAP, Confluence), troubleshoot root cause analysis, and track materials.Perform tasks such as picking, pulling, staging, and packaging of parts.Perform cycle counts and kit audits of material orders.Set up physical bins and locations.Move material and equipment using carrying, pallet jacks, electric pallet jack, standing reach truck, and sit-down forklift.Validate and receive hardware from various sources.Perform stock checks upon request.Identify, record, troubleshoot, and resolve material issues and process anomalies.Review multiple reports for warehouse efficiency.Essential Skills1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.Highly organized and self-starting.Proficiency in business software such as Excel.Flexibility and ability to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.Good written and oral communication skills.Experience with SAP, ERP, inventory, and warehouse management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Oracle as a transferrable skill for processing/tracking materials.Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, squatting, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, and using ladders and stools.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.06 - $25.50
