Inventory Procedures Coordinator
**Job Description:** This position is accountable for coordinating all inventory activities for assigned department, facility, or clinical program. This may include some or all the following: Replenishment, Picking, Staging, Delivery, Put Away, Special Orders, and Substitutions. May include managing PAR levels, Binning, Cycle Counts, Bill Only, and Inventory Relief activities. Oversees inventory coordination between suppliers and SCO Sourcing Specialists. **Schedule** **: Day Shift** **Hours** **: Different times available** **5:30am - 2:00pm** 9:30am - 6:00pm As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you need to know how to: Float throughout our Supply Chain departments due to supply knowledge and can function in any area assigned; includes receiving, inventory, equipment management, and other roles as necessary- Select and/or processes orders for supplies and/or equipment as needed via Oracle, RF Smart, EPIC, and Par Excellence. Supporting function for med/surg, the OR and Cath Lab, and other delivery areas- Receive and deliver supply and equipment across the hospital. Proactively controls timing of urgent delivery of orders, and understands the nature of clinical department priorities and patient safety concerns - Maintain accurate supply/equipment inventories, bin locations, replenishment levels, and order information- Resolve shortages of items in a timely fashion. Informs departments of substitute products, back orders, delays in shipments, and/or stock outs- Monitor, rotate, remove, and document, outdated and overstocked supplies, checking for damage to items, or other issues. Ensures supplies that can be donated are tracked using the Oracle donation process for easy reporting to finance- Coordinate exchange cart program; checks out dates, replenish supplies, identify other needs to ensure patient safety and JCAHO standards are met- Conduct equipment tracking/cleaning/pick up efforts to support patient safety. Acts as the liaison between supply chain and all clinical areas and has subject matter expert knowledge of equipment and/or inventory related requests **Minimum Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent, required- Certified Materials Resource Professional - CMRP, preferred **Physical Requirements:** Speaking, hearing / listening, seeing, manual dexterity, climbing, lifting, walking, standing, pulling/pushing, carrying. **Location:** St. Marys Regional Hospital **Work City:** Grand Junction **Work State:** Colorado **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 The hourly range for this position is listed below.
