About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory / Project Coordinator to manage inventory processes and support project coordination. This role is essential in ensuring accurate tracking of materials, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting with project scheduling and execution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and coordinate reordering as needed.Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.Work with vendors and suppliers to manage inventory procurement and delivery schedules.
Project Coordination:Assist in planning and scheduling project activities, ensuring materials and resources are available.Track project progress, update stakeholders, and identify potential delays.Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and communication.
Process Improvement & Compliance:Develop and implement best practices for inventory control and project workflows.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.Utilize inventory management and project tracking software to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:2+ years of experience in inventory management, project coordination, or a related field.Proficiency in inventory tracking systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in [industry-specific experience, if applicable].Familiarity with [specific software or tools relevant to the role].Background in project management methodologies is a plus.
