Job Title: Inventory Specialist - 1st Shift - $20-$22/HR

Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to assist with managing the inventory of spare parts, materials, and equipment necessary for daily bakery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient distribution to various departments.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor inventory in the facility and distribute to the maintenance teamMaintain records of all parts per department to stay current in the databaseWork with each team to ensure parts are delivered to specific departments efficientlyMaintain an active record of current inventory and work with vendors to replenish when neededOrder parts for inventory, equipment repair, and work ordersSet up orders for daily shipments, delivery, and/or pick upClean and organize inventory/warehouseEssential SkillsExperience with inventory management systemsFamiliarity with tracking incoming/outgoing inventoryExperience communicating with customers, vendors, and internal employeesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookCycle counting experienceProficiency with basic math skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills to communicate with different people each dayAbility to physically count inventory in the warehouseWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is based in a very large production facility that is well-lit and generally clean, although flour and other materials may occasionally be on the floor. The temperature is mild in most parts of the facility but can get hot near the ovens. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays when needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
