Our mission is to touch and enhance lives through the joy that is Krispy Kreme, and we do that in a big way in our biggest shop yet: Times Square. Your role will ensure we have Krispy Kreme merchandise stocked and ready to sell at all times. You’ll maintain records of all store inventory, create reports for the General Manager regularly, and you’ll make certain that our sales records and actual store inventory match. Keeping all our stock organized and replenished is key!
What will you do?
You’ll inspire customer wonder by keeping track of our merchandise and other store products and supplies so we are always ready to sell our sweet treats and accessories. You’ll keep things organized and neat, and you’ll place orders for supplies and merchandise. You’ll report on how things are going to the General Manager, making sure the inventory and sales records match. You’ll pack up anything that may be defective for return, and you’ll retrieve items from the stockroom for guests and other Krispy Kremers. You will unload deliveries, and you’ll help customers on the sales floor as needed. You will learn to operate our Point of Sale system and other sales equipment too. You’ll need to keep your uniform neat and clean and help other team members do the same.
On the move
This is a role for people who prefer not sitting still. You will be moving around, lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently. You might have to clean or help out with all aspects of our store operation- and things will be busy!
What makes you a great fit?
You’re at least 18 years of age, you have experience working with people and you’re dependable. You can communicate with fellow Krispy Kremers and guests effectively and know how to stay organized. We also prefer for you to have a high school diploma or GED.
Inventory Specialist wage is $17.00 per hour.
