For additional information, visit our company homepage Rotech.com Overview and Responsibilities Summary We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Specialist to join our Rotech Distribution Center team. Responsible for ensuring accurate entry, coordination and management of all warehouse physical activity with the Company’s Warehouse and Patient Management systems; engages in a variety of warehouse and business transactions that are critical to the operation of the Distribution Center including supporting the accurate and timely supply of products to the Company’s patient base. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accurately and timely receive, enter and put away of all inventory receipts Accurately processes and documents product returns as required following established procedures Assists in providing information necessary to process invoices for payment Maintain inventory system accuracy between physical quantities and Warehouse Management System (WMS) quantities Perform physical inventory cycle counts and periodic physical inventory Physical movement of products in the warehouse and ensuring an orderly and uninterrupted flow of products to the pick-pack-ship line Record all product movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) via bar code scanning devices and other data entry methods Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Employment is contingent on Background investigation (company-wide) Drug screen (when applicable for the position) Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position) Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience in medical field, distribution and inventory management preferred, but not required Experience in inventory background preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data Ability to understand the integrations and dependencies of the warehouse operations and processes with the Warehouse Management System Accurately perform simple mathematical calculations Database management skills Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual) Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information Multi-task along with attention to detail Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills Work independently and as part of a team Physical Demands Accessing product using approved safety stairs Clearly read small print on forms and product labels Extensive walking and working on one’s feet for extended periods of time Lift and carry individual boxes Manipulate pallets of products using a hand truck Requires close vision to small print on computer / tablet and or paperwork Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking or listening Machines, Equipment and Technical Abilities Email transmission and communication Handheld bar code scanner - manipulate the scanner and input the required data Internet navigation and research Microsoft applications; Word and Excel Office equipment; fax machine, copier, printer, phone and computer / tablet Operate select functions within the Warehouse Management System Utilization of certain material handling equipment Rotech Information Benefits Generous paid time Off and paid holidays Overtime pay for non-exempt hourly positions based on business needs Commission for Account Executives Fixed and variable rate car reimbursement for Area Managers and Account Executives Employee discount program Employee recognition program Bonus and incentive opportunities Mileage reimbursement (when applicable for the position) Telephone reimbursement (when applicable for the position) EAP 401k Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision HSA and FSA/Dependent Care FSA Life Insurance, Disability, Accidental death, Identity protection and Legal services Meru Health Mental health and Mercer SmartConnect Medicare programs Livongo Diabetes and High Blood Pressure programs Healthcare Bluebook and RX Savings solutions programs HEPB and TB vaccinations Make the Right Move and Submit your Resume Today!
