CVP subsidiary Titan-Auxo, LLC is seeking Inventory Specialists to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) operations. This role is crucial in managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient pharmacy operations and timely delivery of medications to Veterans.
Location: 2962 South Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134
Hours of Operation: 6:00 AM – 2:30 and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday through Friday
Responsibilities Perform tasks related to the movement, restocking, and accounting of pharmaceutical items stored in various locationsCompile and maintain accurate inventory recordsIdentify types of supplies and suggest re-order points for revolving stockMaintain inventories of drugs and supplies, stocking shelves, rotating stock, and checking expiration dates of pharmaceuticalsFill and stock medications in various automated devices and storage locationsOperate various types of pharmacy automation, including but not limited to Autofill devices, Baker Cells, Kalish cells, A-frames, repackaging equipment, and electronic scalesRead computer screens, use scanning equipment, and select specific drugs/products required to fill orders by name, strength, and National Drug Code (NDC) numberEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for pharmaceutical inventory managementCollaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockoutsParticipate in regular inventory audits and reconciliations Qualifications High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) requiredMinimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical settingStrong understanding of inventory management principles and practicesAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsProficiency in using computer systems and inventory management softwareTyping proficiency – minimum 45 words per minuteAttention to detail and high degree of accuracyStrong organizational skills and ability to multitaskExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when requiredCapability to push or pull up to 150 pounds on a rolling cart or using a pallet jackAbility to stand or sit for long periods (8-10 hours)Capability to stoop, reach upward, and withstand various types of repetitive motion inherent in the tasks to be performedAdditional Requirements:
U.S. citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a government security clearanceMust read, understand, speak, and write English fluentlyExperience in mail order facility processing a plus
