Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a highly qualified Inventory Specialist for a 3-month contract to manage the supply inventory for our client in Brookhaven, Perimiter and Duluth, Georgia. The role requires restocking, replenishing, and managing inventory breakdowns in a fast-paced environment. The Inventory Specialist will also document and credit returned items using a handheld device.

Daily Duties:

Restock medical supplies and ensure core areas are replenished after each shift.Manage an average of 60 cases daily, focusing on high-demand areas first.Learn the location of supplies and ensure accurate placement and availability.Handle go-backs and putback processes for unused items, using handheld devices to notate credits back to inventory.Assist in pushing items to appropriate locations to maintain an efficient and well-stocked supply chain.

Ideal candidate:

Previous experience in medical inventory management is preferred.Strong attention to detail and working efficiently in a high-volume environment.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize areas with the greatest need.Ability to use inventory tracking devices for accurate documentation and item credits.Team player with a proactive approach to maintaining hospital supplies.
