Job Description
As an Inventory Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and in person. You will accurately process customer orders, ensure correct pricing, manage order modifications or cancellations, and generate and manage invoices to ensure accuracy and timely distribution to customers. Utilizing ERP systems, you will input and track customer orders, shipments, and invoicing, ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve customer concerns about orders, shipments, billing, and product inquiries, work closely with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment, maintain up-to-date customer records, and identify and recommend efficiency improvements to enhance customer service operations. You will also ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

Primarily office-based in the production area and client-facing meetings. This will be a 90-day contract assignment with the potential to go longer. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 1st shift, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some overtime and weekends as needed. The dress code requires close-toed shoes and no jewelry.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
