Inventory Specialist
Job Title: Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Specialist to manage the physical receipt of parts, entry into the ERP system, and labeling and put-away of parts. You will be responsible for picking and scanning parts and/or kits into Excel spreadsheets, maintaining traceability of all hardware, tracking movement of parts from picking through shipping, and ensuring quality inspection has occurred.

ResponsibilitiesReceive and enter parts into the ERP system.Label and put away parts.Pick and scan parts and/or kits into Excel spreadsheets.Maintain traceability of all hardware, including documentation of batch/lot/serial numbers in Excel spreadsheets.Track movement of parts from picking through shipping.Pack and crate parts, ensuring quality inspection has occurred and tracking what’s been shipped versus what is pending in Excel spreadsheets.Report, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.Contribute to process improvements.Perform ERP system transactions such as receipts, inventory movement, and cashing parts to jobs.Maintain cleanliness of the workspace.Move products using a pallet jack.Essential SkillsExperience with inventory and inventory control.Proficiency in cycle counts.Experience with ERP systems, shipping and receiving, warehouse inventory, and material handling.Experience with SAP or another ERP system.Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with forklifts and pallet jacks.Proficiency in Excel for documentation and tracking.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is located in a 1.7-million sq. ft. facility on 180 acres. The shift is from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, with 5-10 hours of overtime typically required. You must be open to occasional Saturdays. The facility supports various commercial customers and maintains a large workforce.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
