Inventory Specialist
Job Title: Inventory SpecialistJob Description This company is a 3PL that stores and ships freight for other companies. The Inventory Specialist will work with a team of four to manage inventory efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities + Look up a set of item numbers based on account/customer requirements. + Print and process orders through the system. + Count and verify inventory in the warehouse. + Track down orders and resolve discrepancies if items have been pulled or received. + Perform stock and inventory movements and adjustments. + Work independently to account for a set of numbers within a given period of time. Essential Skills + Customer service + Order processing + Inventory management + Microsoft Office proficiency + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong attention to detail + Experience working in a fast-paced environment Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma required + Experience in a logistics, transportation, or distribution setting preferred Work Environment The Inventory Specialist will work within an office setting alongside four other Inventory Specialists. The role involves both warehouse and computer-based tasks, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The dress code is business casual. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
