Description Robert Half is working with a respected client in the Woburn area seeking an Inventory Specialist to join their team. This is a permanent role, reporting into a Distribution Manager in which the core responsibilities are largely focused on shipping and receiving. The selected candidate should be able perform cycle counts of inventory, organize stocks, and process/package/ship orders. The selected Inventory Specialist must have at least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse/inventory/or distribution setting. Proficient MS Office skills are required, as is a high level of work ethic. For the right candidate our client is looking to pay a starting salary between $50-55K + bonus. Requirements • Familiarity with warehouse duties and day-to-day operations. • Proficiency in inventory cycles and understanding of stock management. • Experience in cycle count, ensuring accurate inventory levels. • Knowledge and practical experience in shipping and receiving tasks. • Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely. • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and carrying for extended periods. • Excellent organizational skills for maintaining clean and safe workspace. • Strong team player with effective communication skills. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail for correct order fulfillment. • Flexibility to work in shifts, over weekends, or holidays if required. • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management software. • High school diploma or equivalent education level.
