Inventory Specialist (Colchester, VT) Date: Jan 22, 2025 Location: Colchester, VT, US, 05446 + Compensation: $24-$26 per hour dependent on experience + Schedule: Monday-Friday 4 am - 12:30 pm + Basic Requirements: Warehouse inventory experience preferred Why Join Coke Northeast? Job Description The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory maintenance and reconciliation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Conduct daily cycle counts; research and correct any variances + Reconcile daily, monthly and annual inventory in SAP + Review, monitor and address inventory levels to minimize potential risk for out of stocks + Identify and report close-dated product + Regularly communicate with Warehouse and Sales Center management in regards to current stock and potential issues + Run standard inventory reports as requested Job Requirements + High school diploma, GED or equivalent required + 1+ years of Warehouse/Inventory experience required + Advanced technical knowledge and working experience with SAP highly preferred + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word + High level of accuracy and attention to detail + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time + Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination + Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print + Must have the ability to occasionally lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach + Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered handling equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance Benefits & Perks: 401K with Company Match, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Employee Referral Bonuses, Fitness Reimbursements, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Discounts, Scholarship Opportunities, and so much more! *Benefits may vary by position, location, and union governance* About Coke Northeast: At Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, we start with great people and great brands, in that order.
