About The Role:

Intermedia is hiring an Inventory Specialist to configure hundreds of VOIP phones daily. The specialist will also assist with other standard warehouse and receiving duties. A good candidate would be someone who is attentive to detail, can shift easily from one project to another and then transition back into the previous project without losing their place. This candidate should be able to lift heavy items, stand for most of the shift, and work comfortably in a warehouse environment, including off-loading trucks several times a day.

This role is based in Bellevue, WA. and is not eligible for remote work. This role is considered “essential” and all candidates must adhere to strict COVID-19 safety protocols.

Specific Responsibilities

Configure a high volume of custom and standard orders for VOIP Phones daily Receive inventory against requisitions and audit warehouse items doing physical counts Receive, test and reconfigure returned equipment Receive and check new parts into inventory system

Required Skills:

Ability to accurately read orders and follow directions Continuous and close attention to detail and process A strong work ethic Highly productive and efficient in configuring hundreds of phones every day Ability to learn Intermedia’s HPBX products and enhanced features Self-starter; requiring little direct supervision

Desired Skills:

1+ years Warehouse Experience Ability to offload inventory from truck Ability to work indoor/outdoor and different weather conditions Ability to operate a hand truck with a load of 150 lbs Ability to repeatedly and accurately check equipment into inventory system using a scanner Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to stand for most of shift

Years of Experience & Educational requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
