Inventory Supervisor
Job Description

The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Facilities Department inventory and warehouse(s) operations. Candidate will have experience working with inventory software, as well as a strong understanding of inventory control principles.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Pay Starting: $20 DOE

What you will do:

Oversee department inventory, warehouse operations and employees.

Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.

Evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.

Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.

Receive, issues and monitors inventory within Integrated Work Management System (iWMS).

Issue inventory against work orders within iWMS, generates work orders when necessary.

Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.

Manage schedules of employees, deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations.

Communicate with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.

Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.

Report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.

Work closely with Facilities Resource Coordinator to forecast future needs and place orders accordingly.

Develop and customize reports accessible for use by staff in accordance with current business needs and practices.

Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

High School diploma or equivalent

Forklift certified.

Prior experience using iWMS or Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS)

Experience with Facility and Operations Management principles, preferred.

Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
