Duties will include, but not be limited to the following: 

Supervise hourly material handling / material clerk personnelResponsible for issuing work orders, planning, and scheduling production and shipping activitiesResponsible for purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies.Maintain day to day communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, system data integrity, and ordering parameters for individual materialsUtilize PFEP data to maintain ideal inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries, while maximizing turns, and minimizing carrying costsMaintain JDEdwards ERP master data to support materials functionsDemonstrate a commitment to engage teams in other departments and divisions of the organizationAbility to operate with a sense of urgency, and distribute time sensitive and accurate data

Required Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree, business, supply chain, logistics, or engineeringThree to five years of professional supply chain experienceSupervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead towards common goalsExperience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment
