Adecco Creative & Marketing has partnered with a Swiss luxury goods company to fill a supply matching coordinator role. _This is a 3 month contract that pays $20/hr. The location is near the DFW airport. You will be onsite 5 days/week. The schedule is M-F 7:30-4:00 (with some mandatory Saturdays)._ **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** The main objective of the Supply and matching Operator is to make sure that Watchmakers/Technicians are working in an efficient environment with everything they need at hand. Thus, the individual is responsible to perform daily non-technical operations in the workshop in a timely and efficient manner: + Matching products with needed spare parts, transferring and organizing repairs, managing + Flowbacks, managing kit boxes, managing workshop supplies and performing basic quality control testing. + Perform tasks following accepted industry standard procedures for product repairs. + Matching repairs with spare parts + Transfer and organization of repairs for the workshop + Management of flow backs/Picking After Picking + Management of Kit boxes + Management of Workshop supplies + Perform Quality Control Functions **QUALIFICATIONS** + High School Diploma or GDA is preferred + Experience in stock and inventory management, with an experience in after sales will be an added value + SAP/Oracle and MS Office + Good interpersonal relations: capacity to handle multiple stakeholders’ situations and processes + Organizational and communication skills + Client and solution oriented **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
