Volt is immediately hiring for Inventory Technician in Gardena, CA.

As a Inventory Technician you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMaintain accurate records of inventory levels, locations, and movements within the warehouse.\r\n\tThoroughly document all inventory transactions and activities.\r\n\tCoordinate the movement of inventory between different locations or departments, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.\r\n\tManage the receiving of incoming shipments, verifying their accuracy and completeness.\r\n\tInspect received items regularly to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.\r\n\tConduct regular cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with recorded levels, addressing discrepancies.\r\n\tFulfill internal inventory requests accurately and in a timely manner.\r\n\tMonitor inventory levels to initiate replenishments and reorders to ensure stock availability.\r\n\tMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time opportunity Monday - Friday

\r\n\r\n

Pay range $18-$24 per hour

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAt least 1 year of experience working in inventory management, stock transfers, or related tasks within a warehouse environment.\r\n\tPreferred; forklift operation experience, inventory management software.\r\n\tAnalytical thinking to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.\r\n\tA willingness to adapt and manage time efficiently to meet inventory management deadlines and operational requirements.\r\n\tStrong organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse and effectively manage inventory locations.\r\n\tProficiency in basic computer operations, including navigating an ERP system for work orders.\r\n\tProblem-solving skills to address issues in inventory processes and suggest improvements.\r\n\tCollaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and meet inventory needs.\r\n\tCapability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, stand for extended periods, and maneuver comfortably in tight spaces.\r\n\r\n\r\n
