Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Inventory/Warehouse Associate with a strong warehouse operations. A minimum of 12 months of warehouse experience is required. This role involves kitting materials, packaging, performing cycle counts, and ensuring the quality of materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, and the ability to analyze data.
ResponsibilitiesProcessing materials using ERP systems (GIRA, SAP, Confluence)Troubleshooting root cause analysis and tracking materialsPerforming cycle counts and validating partsReading manufacturing labels and drawingsKitting, pulling materials, and work ordersPicking, pulling, staging, and packaging of partsPerforming kit audits of material ordersSetting up physical bins and locationsMoving material and equipment using various methods including pallet jacks and forkliftsReceiving and validating hardware from various sourcesPerforming stock checks upon requestIdentifying, recording, troubleshooting, and resolving material issuesIdentifying, recording, and tracking material and process anomaliesPerforming daily cycle counts and physical inventory counts/adjustments as neededReviewing multiple reports for warehouse efficiencyEssential Skills12 months of warehouse experienceExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)Inventory managementCycle countingMaterial kitting and packagingAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs unassistedAdditional Skills & QualificationsForklift certification (preferred)Experience with pallet jacks and electric pallet jacksStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret manufacturing labels and drawingsWhy Work Here?

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett WA
