Position: Inventory Warehouse Lead Compensation: $19-$22 per hour Core Responsibilities & Duties: The Warehouse Associate Lead is responsible for their departmental organization, Assist supervisors with scheduling of staff, and on the floor delegating the warehouse workload according to the day-to-day work plan. Responsible for leading by example in contributing to warehouse safety, assignment accuracy, productivity levels, and facility maintenance. Assist in coordinating & training warehouse activities under the direction of their Supervisor. Responsible for following Standard Operating Procedures & assisting teammates to maximize warehouse efficiency. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements & Qualifications: Experience supervising a 3PL warehouse is a plus Minimum of 1-2 years working in inventory control Familiarity with managing to a P&L Candidate must be strong with using Excel, Word, and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle Understanding and working knowledge of UPS WorldShip and FedEx Power ship Proficient experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point and Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with candidates and employees Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal This candidate must be able to work effectively in a highly cross-functional organization, as well as work independently Requires the ability to make judgments and work with minimum supervision
