Investigator (Protective Svcs)

JOB SUMMARY: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Investigator with a strong background in executive protection. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into corporate fraud, misconduct, and other security-related incidents while ensuring the safety and security of our executives. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. This position will require nationwide travel 25%-50% of the time. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field required Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate investigations and executive protection. Strong knowledge of investigative techniques, security protocols, and risk management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certification in executive protection or related security fields is preferred. Proficiency in using investigative tools and software. Must be able to work on the weekends. Overnight travel is required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel frequently and work irregular hours as needed. Physical fitness to perform protective duties, including standing for extended periods and responding to emergencies.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Corporate Investigations:

Conduct comprehensive investigations into allegations of corporate fraud, misconduct, theft, and other security breaches. Gather and analyze evidence, including documents, digital data, and witness statements. Prepare detailed investigative reports and present findings to senior management. Collaborate with legal, HR, and compliance departments to ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Executive Protection:

Develop and implement security plans for executives during travel, public appearances, and other high-risk situations. Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses to identify potential security threats to executives. Coordinate with local law enforcement and security agencies to ensure the safety of executives. Provide close protection services, including personal escort and secure transportation.

Security Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of corporate security policies and procedures. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Provide training and guidance to employees on security best practices and protocols. Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.

Crisis Management:

Participate in crisis management planning and response activities. Function as a key member of the crisis response team during security incidents. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective crisis resolution.
