Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated **Investigator Services Assistant** to join our client’s team in Highland Heights, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting clinical trials by providing essential administrative and operational support to our investigator sites. **Please Note:** + This position requires a successful completion of a 3-4 month training period, Monday through Friday. + Following training, the position will transition to a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with remote work. + As experience is gained, there may be opportunities to return to the office on a hybrid basis. **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Competitive weekly pay: $16.50 per hour + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of relevant experience in a clinical research setting + Strong organizational and time management skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail **Responsibilities:** + Act as the primary point of contact for investigator sites, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. + Monitor and track study-related metrics, identifying potential issues and escalating them as necessary. + Assist in the resolution of data discrepancies and ensure accurate data entry and reporting. + Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. + Review and analyze study data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement. + Provide support to study teams, including project managers and clinical research associates. + Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices. **Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
