The Investment Analyst will work with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Managing Directors to monitor and research investments in multiple asset classes. Working in a fast-paced environment, this caregiver supports the team in financial modeling, trading, and rebalancing the portfolios, performing economic analysis, and other projects.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Conduct initial research and data gathering, including downloading reports, maintaining databases, and preparing Excel files.
+ Manage intake of investment proposals, vet submissions, and track global strategies.
+ Assist senior team members by providing foundational data and insights.
+ Perform market and asset class analysis to adequately assess and support the underwriting of investment themes and individual managers from both a risk and return perspective.
+ Compile market mapping, overviews and assessments of potential equity, fixed income, hedge fund, private capital, and real asset managers, as well as economic and market analyses
+ Collaborate with the risk management team at the inception of a new investment to develop elevated governance and oversight and agreed to boundaries and withdrawal plans for individual investments and/or investment themes.
+ Evaluate ongoing risk for existing investments.
+ Prepare internal monthly and quarterly manager and/or portfolio reports detailing performance, exposures, concentrations, and other portfolio characteristics
+ Gather economic data and develop market analyses for the internal team and present contrarian views.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Mathematical Sciences
+ Two years of relevant professional experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting or Asset Management.
+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, FactSet, Bloomberg
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Mathematical Sciences with a strong record of academic achievement
+ Possession or progression toward Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA)

**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $48.99
Maximum hourly: $74.71
