As our Investment Associate you will:

Stay current on emerging trends and develop investment thesesSource and recommend investment targets in key focus areas such as AI, data, security, fintech, blockchain, and quantum computingSupport investment evaluations, prepare investment papers, conduct due diligence and manage internal and external stakeholdersAssist in all aspects of the investment execution process including documentation, compliance, internal approvals, term negotiation, signing and closingFacilitate collaboration with business units to align investment prioritiesMonitor investment performance and the development of portfolio companiesPrepare executive reviewsSupport the team in achieving key strategic goals

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $110,700.00 and $166,000.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
