We currently have an opportunity for a Investment Associate. **Overview:** Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Investment Team. The Investment Team provides various quarterly reports, fee benchmarks, RFPs, and plan design information for a specific block of retirement plans (401K.403b, DB, etc). An Investment Associate works closely with others on the Investment Team as well as the Account Managers, Retirement Plan Consultants and Producer teams to create quality deliverables for our clients. **Responsibilities:** + Assist with preparation of quarterly meeting materials for existing clients. + Maintain various client relationship management systems and investment monitoring tools. + General investment research on various products including Mutual Funds, ETFs, Stocks/Bonds, and CITs. + Perform annual fee benchmarks, RFPs/RFIs, and ad-hoc retirement plan analyses for new and existing business. + Support Retirement Plan Consultants and Account Managers with meeting follow-up items. + Contribute to various team meetings and participate in day-to-day communications across teams. + Assist the Investment Team in streamlining services and look for ways to improve efficiency. + Various other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. + 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial services. + General retirement industry and investment knowledge. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) + Must be able to work independently, with some supervision and direction from manager. + Must possess and demonstrate excellent organizational skills, customer service skills, and both written and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. + Experience with investment analysis tools such as Fi360, Envestnet Retirement Solutions, RPAG, and Morningstar is a plus, but not required.
