• use differentiating and proprietary corporate finance frameworks in the context of client coverage, buy- or sell-side M&A, equity offerings (including IPOs), or strategic plan evaluations
• coordinate with senior coverage bankers to provide innovative solutions for Global Banking clients
• build a network of colleagues and client contacts both inside and outside UBS that will strengthen your career throughout your professional life
• work alongside some of the industry’s best bankers and have exposure to senior people at a diverse set of companies across all industries, both domestically and internationally

• New York: the salary range for this role is $110000 to $117500
