Leveraged Finance is a product group responsible for the origination of new issue corporate debt across all sectors of JPMorgan’s sub-investment grade client base. The platform syndicates a broad spectrum of transactions, including sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts, corporate acquisition financings, liability management exercises, restructuring/exit financings, and various other debt executions.
As a Capital Markets Desk Analyst within the Leveraged Finance team, you will join a small group of professionals who provide unique connectivity between our investment banking and markets businesses. You will be an integral part of our Leveraged Finance team. Your work product will be relied upon by the most senior members of our business, and gets distributed to corporate clients, financial sponsors and senior leaders of J.P. Morgan. We are seeking highly motivated, professional, and collaborative individuals to join our close-knit team. You will have significant exposure to senior members of the Capital Markets Team, Leveraged Finance Origination, Syndicate, and Credit Sales & Trading.
High performing individuals have historically had the opportunity to join the firm-wide investment banking analyst program in traditional leveraged finance analyst and restructuring analyst roles.
