Job Description

Reporting to the VP, Paid Media, you will be responsible for best in class delivery across Paid Media. Encouraging innovation and the implementation of new technology.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Creating an objective, auditable optimization and analysis framework across all channelsRolling out data taxonomy and ensuring 100% global complianceIdentifying any learning/skills gaps and correcting themPartnering with client lead to stabilize and grow both the relationships and commercials of the businessLeading channel POVs and innovation with direct contact with key clients

Excellence: On Time Launch, Campaign Pacing

Effectiveness: KPI Delivery, Tech Adoption

Efficiency: Media under management, Error Rate, Revenue per head

QualificationsExpertise across Paid Media channels and platformsExperience with campaign management and optimization toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and presentation skills
