Key Responsibilities: + Conduct security analysis, asset allocation, trading, and performance reporting/tracking. + Manage client billing and reconciliation, as well as internal account setup and maintenance. + Perform compliance-related and operations-related tasks and special projects, adhering to SEC requirements. + Collaborate with the Director of Investment Management and Chief Compliance and Operating Officer on investment operations. + Help ensure accuracy and efficiency in operational processes, striving for perfection in all tasks. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited university. + Extremely detail-oriented and committed to following company policies and regulatory requirements. + Series 65 license or equivalent (or willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months of employment). + Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with account custodians such as Schwab or Fidelity. + Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; knowledge of Dynamics 365, trading platforms (e.g., Tamarac), or project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus. + Strong problem-solving skills, a positive demeanor, and a passion for learning new software and technologies.
