About the Role

Responsible for developing and facilitating relevant processes to ensure timely, accurate and efficient processing of transactions

Key Responsibilities:-

Process cash reconciliation reports between Bloomberg AIM / BNY Eagle and custodian.Update cash entries for accounts managed by External Fund Managers.Send cash projection after reconciliation is completed to Portfolio managers.Trade matching,  processing and settlement.Corporate actions and proxy voting processing and instruction.Process Repo transactions for trade flow to service provider.Transaction reporting and reconciliation.Data input and maintenance in systems such as Bloomberg AIM / BNY Eagle.

Job Requirements:-

Minimum 2 years working experience in Investment Operations in asset / investment / fund management firms or insurance companies or banks.Settlement knowledge of various investment instruments, eg. cash, equities, fixed income, derivatives, private assets.Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance and Business Administration or equivalent.Strong Microsoft Excel & communication skillsKnowledge on systems such as Bloomberg AIM, BNY Eagle, Aladdin or similar will be an advantage.
