This position will be focused on enhancing data and analytical capabilities within the Private Debt team. Responsibilities include dashboard construction, process enhancement and automation, development and ongoing generation of reports, data management and governance, support development of portfolio and market analytics and assist with the early identification of emerging issues or risks. Experience with PowerBI is ideal and any additional knowledge of SQL or Python is preferred.
This Columbus based hybrid position is an Investments G Band role. The team does come into the office three times a week.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of the investment process through continuous process improvement, data management and governance
Collaborate closely with portfolio managers in the development and ongoing generation of reports
Develop and manage processes, including data management and reporting, to support investment activities and collaborate with other asset classes to drive consistency across Investments
Develop and manage processes, including data management and reporting, to support accurate and timely portfolio management analytics
Assist in portfolio surveillance, including identification of emerging investment risks and development and implementation of successful risk mitigation actions
Conduct portfolio performance attribution analysis
Collaborate with other departments regarding relative value, sector analysis, asset class dynamics and portfolio construction
Perform ad-hoc projects, reporting and analysis as requested
May perform other responsibilities as assigned

Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree and/or CFA desirable.
Experience: 6 - 10 years of related data management and reporting experience.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

Advanced proficiency in PowerBI and SharePoint, including the ability to create complex dashboards and manage collaborative platforms
Strong quantitative and programming skills, particularly in Python and similar languages, with the ability to develop and implement analytical models
Demonstrated ability to produce institutional-quality reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
Leadership skills, related competencies, and experience beneficial
