Investment Sales Analyst Job ID 196287 Posted 29-Jan-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Investment Banking, Sales Support, Valuations/Appraisal Location(s) Phoenix - Arizona - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE Investment Sales Analyst, you will support the Phoenix Institutional Multifamily Investment Sales Team by providing thoughtful research and market data to assist in the sale of existing multifamily communities and multifamily land. **What You'll Do** : + Support new and expanded business opportunities through market research and data analysis as directed by broker team. + Gather, evaluate & maintain research materials necessary for proposals, summary reports, and market updates including but not limited to historical & projected data for development pipeline, market/submarket absorption, multifamily sales, home sales, land use, retail, and employment. + Provide broker team with pertinent information on current market conditions and trends. Analyze internal and external data to identify and present trends to broker team and clients using Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and legislation that may affect the real estate industry. + Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gather and distribute materials as directed by broker team. + Complete internal & external audits related to sales activity. + Support team member capacity overflow by assisting with marketing process including preparing presentation maps, offer summaries, best & final invitations, and due diligence as needed. + Have some knowledge of standard business and real estate principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. + Bachelor's Degree required with up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar business analytics software strongly preferred. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Strong communication, time management, data analysis, and attention to detail. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
