About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Investment Specialist to join our growing HUB Wealth Management team. Reporting to the Director of Investments, this role is pivotal in supporting Advisors and driving regional sales of HUB Wealth Management products.
As an Investment Specialist, you will provide Advisors with strategic guidance on investment solutions, share your expertise in segregated and mutual funds, and contribute to their ongoing professional growth. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and deliver results will be instrumental in this position.
What You’ll Do
Driving regional sales in all lines of HUB Wealth Management products, including Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds, and Fixed Income products.
Be an expert on your Advisors to efficiently direct them to the right channels as needed.
Assist Advisors in growing their investment block, and provide support with portfolio solutions, fund options and product analysis.
Assist Advisors with their continuing education requirements.
Any other assistance required to help advisors.
What You’ll Need for Success
Up to 5 years of relevant experience within the financial or banking sector.
Advanced knowledge of segregated funds and mutual funds.
A positive attitude, strong desire to assist others, intellectual curiosity, and a track record of consistent performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with popular online meeting platforms.
Post-secondary education from an accredited university or college.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $57,000 - $63,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
