As an Investor Accounting Analyst with NVR Mortgage's Loan Servicing Team, you will directly support our homebuying customers through our Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes brand. You will be responsible for overseeing the receipt and processing of mortgage payments. This includes the calculations and remittance of funds to the secondary market investor to whom the loan has been sold.

This position is based on-site in our NVR mortgage offices.

What you will be doing:

Analyze and prepare data files to send to end investors. Daily balancing of all cash received. ​ Process borrower payments Process correct allocation of funds. Answer and respond to borrower post-closing phone calls

Qualified applicants have:

Experience in the field of Loan Servicing or Investor Accounting (preferred) OR Accounting experience  Customer orientation skills, with comfort talking to customers/investors over the phone Attention to detail with ability to hit deadlines Ability to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment Excellent problem solving and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) suite
