Job Description
Brookfield Property Group (“BPG”) is looking for a motivated, organized individual to participate in the execution of investor and fundraising-related deliverables across Brookfield’s real estate private funds. The role will report to the Senior Associate, Investor Relations in New York.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in the creation of fundraising materials and ongoing fundraising support, including:
Pitchbook
PPM
DDQs
Investment pipeline
Substantiation of marketing collateral in line with regulatory requirements
Ad hoc qualitative and quantitative requests
Contribute to the creation of other investor materials, including:
Quarterly fund investor reports
Quarterly call presentations
Quarterly case studies
Annual meeting presentations
Fund/transaction updates
Investment summary writeups
Ad-hoc investor presentations and communications
Liaise efficiently with internal groups (Finance, Investment Teams, Portfolio Managers, Tax etc.)
Qualifications:
2-3 years working in private funds investor relations/fundraising, capital markets, investment banking, investments, portfolio management or related areas
Preference for real estate experience
Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
Creative prowess to translate complicated financial data into a digestible story / message
Superior organization skills with great attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders
Team player mentality
Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Salary Range: $90,000-120,000
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations
