How you'll make an impact We are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join our growing team! This position will play a meaningful role in supporting the Investor Relations team in effectively communicating the company's financial results and key initiatives to the investment community. This position involves analyzing financial data, monitoring industry data/themes/trends, developing various reports, and assisting in the development of investor communications to improve the understanding of the company’s value creation strategy amongst investors and analysts. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial documents, market trends, and industry data to support investor relations activities Update financial models to assist in evaluating performance and strategic projects Assist in various external financial communications Assist in the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and senior management Investor Communication: Optimize the development and management of investor relations content, including presentations and press releases Assist in organizing and coordinating investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows Prioritize timely updates to the website as needed Market Research: Assist with research on industry trends, competitor performance, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to the team Monitor analyst reports, analyst models, and market sentiment to recognize potential impacts on stock performance Data Management: Maintain and update the investor relations database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of investor information Track and report on shareholder ownership and fluctuations in investor sentiment About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience required. Preferred: 2 years of experience in investor relations, sell-side equity research, financial analysis, or a related field preferred Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with financial databases and tools such as Bloomberg or FactSet Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Working Conditions: This position may require occasional travel to attend investor meetings and conferences Flexibility to work extended hours during peak reporting periods #LI-TL1 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
