Purpose Oversee the organization’s investor-facing and market engagement activities and provide accurate information concerning the organization's financial standing to existing and potential investors. Responsibilities Leadership and Direction Receive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution. Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance. Provide oversight and direction for one or more specific business processes or functions. At the Operational and Company Level Deepen investor relationships at all levels by maintaining frequent dialogue with the institutional investment community. Consult with internal departments about how initiatives or business development may affect shareholder relationships. Consult with the executive leadership about communicating new information to shareholders to promote the business interests and encourage further investment. Coordinate with marketing to generate a regular cadence of investor-oriented and brand development communications. Do the Work Coordinate quarterly earnings calls and assist in preparation of presentations and materials. Manage and coordinate established sell-side analyst relations, non-deal road shows and conferences. Identify opportunities and assist to expand sell-side coverage. Coordinate buy-side non-deal roadshow events and marketing efforts. Identification and outreach to new buy-side investors; coordinate introductory communications, meetings and follow-ups. Coordinate and manage Investor Day(s). Manage company’s investor-related website and other digital/social media presences. Secure speaking opportunities, panels and other profile building events for executive leadership team. Produce regular market intelligence reports and monitor peer group activities. Administer other projects as requested by CFO and CEO. Success Metrics and Competencies Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, public relations, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Fifteen or more (15+) years of investor relations and communications experience for public companies. Advanced familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Advanced familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Physical Demands and Working Environment Eligible for remote work arrangement, with requirement to travel as needed for conferences, in addition to corporate office when requested (or other designated location) for up to 4x per year (max of 1 week each visit) for earnings-related conference calls. Primarily indoor professional office environment which may include bright/dim light, noise, fumes, odors, and traffic. Mobility around an office environment. Frequent and prolonged use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Occasional lifting or carrying up to 20 pounds. Occasional pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds. Occasional reaching outward or above shoulder.
