Investor Relations Intern - Summer 2025
About The RoleThe Investor Relations Intern will provide pivotal support to the Senior Investor Relations Director in analyzing competitor and market activity, maintaining strong relationships with the investor and analyst community, developing materials for the quarterly earnings cycle. If you have an interest in corporate finance, and capital markets, this role will provide you with invaluable insights and challenges!

**This is a 10 week internship from 6/2/2025 - 8/8/2025.**

What You Get To Do Every Day

Support preparation of quarterly earnings calls (current leader initiatives, keeping a pulse on departments company-wide and identifying themes)

Participate in meetings with the Executive Leadership team to align on key messages to communicate to the investment community

Assist in drafting materials for the quarterly earnings call

Sit in on meetings between investor relations and key investors

Manage a benchmarking project comparing competitors in similar stages and stock valuations 

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

Full-time (minimum 12 credit hours) undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance or related major with relevant coursework in balance sheets, cash flow, and income statements graduating after December 2025

Familiarity with reviewing and analyzing financial statements

Personal interest in capital markets and stocks

Excellent verbal and written communication 

Strong attention-to-detail and research skills

Preferred Requirements:

Communications Minor or related coursework

Previous experience interacting with Senior and Executive-level Leadership

The expected hourly rate for this role is 35.00-40.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
