Requirements:

Proven experience working with investors
3 years of experience in real estate (multifamily or syndication experience is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Role:

Remote position (must reside in the USA)
Working days: Monday to Friday

Build and maintain relationships with investors
Identify and secure capital-raising opportunities
Provide regular updates and reports to investors
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Monitor and analyze market trends and investor feedback to adjust strategies as needed
