Investor Relations is the primary interface between Honeywell and the investment community, responsible for communicating the Company's strategy, financial results and supporting its valuation, while establishing credibility and relationships with over 1,000 institutional shareowners, portfolio managers, buy and sell side research analysts on Wall Street, and thousands of financial institutions around the world.

\n

As an Investor Relations Manager at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with the investment community. You will report directly to our Vice President, Investor Relations and work out of our Charlotte, NC global headquarters. Success in this high profile, highly visible and highly nimble department includes the ability to: effectively communicate company strategy; monitor and interpret market dynamics, macroeconomic indicators and peer data; analyze Honeywell businesses, performance drivers and financial results; understand capital/equity markets and drivers of equity valuation; and, integrate multiple inputs to interpret and provide feedback to management on investor sentiment and factors impacting Honeywell's share price.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.\nPrepare and review investor presentations, earnings releases, and other investor communications.\nMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.\nCoordinate and facilitate investor events, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC filings and disclosure obligations.\nWork with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to align investor relations activities with overall business objectives.\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive finance roles\nProven experience in investor relations, capital markets, financial analysis, or related roles.\nStrong understanding of financial markets, accounting ethics, and SEC regulations.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.\nAbility to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.\n\n

WE VALUE

\n\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree helpful.\nRelevant certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly valued.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.\nAbility to thrive in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.\nExcellent people-oriented and relationship-building skills.\nProactive and results-oriented mindset.\nAbility to adapt to changing market conditions and investor expectations.\nA deep dedication to the company's mission and values, along with a passion for contributing to its growth and success.\n\n
