The Real Estate Fund Investor Reporting team services investors in our Real Estate investment vehicles as a component of our Global Fund Finance team.

Prepare/review responses to information requests from investors in the Real Estate business, providing portfolio and financial information as neededLiaise with fund accounting and finance teams to source information for specific investors for LP performance summaries and cash flow projectionsMaintain investor request database and track status of outstanding inquiriesAssist in the dissemination of general correspondence with investorsAssist in the aggregation, analytics, and preparation of quarterly investor and fund related materials on behalf of the BREDS drawdown fundsAssist with maintenance of investor access rights for the BXAccess system, which organizes and manages all BREDS investor informationInterface with members of the firm’s global real estate group, marketing department, accounting group, and other groups within the firmAssist in onboarding new funds to existing platforms, including detailed review of underlying LP and fund organizational documentsOversee work performed by off-shore team membersUndergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business4+ years of experienceHighly proficient in Excel. Strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPointThe ideal candidate would have a commitment to excellence in their work product, strong time management skills, and a desire to learnThe ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under competing timelines

Expected annual base salary range:

$105 - $140

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
