Reports to the Global Payments and Mailroom ManagerResponsible for the capture of manual invoices including paper and PDF

Key Responsibilities

Open and sort mailScan mailValidate the invoice images to ensure they are of good qualityEnter key data components to support accurate, automated invoice processing where possibleEnsure documentation is captured and stored in a timely mannerIdentify and present solutions for continuous process improvementCorrect OCR capture issues, as specifiedRoute non-invoice correspondence to the appropriate recipient

Good written and oral communication skills •Highly organizedAbility to meet strict deadlinesRelated professional experience desirableExperience in accounting and financial systems desirableKnowledge of Microsoft Office suite desirableScanning experience preferredExperience in interfacing with key stakeholders to resolve issues
