Performs timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoice payments via check, ACH, and virtual card. Also performs processing of employee expense reimbursements and recurring payments. 2. Aids Accounting Management in problem identification, analysis, and resolution. 3. Performs vendor record and Concur maintenance. 4. Interacts with all levels of personnel within the company regarding cost center and GL allocations and payment status. 5. Communicates with vendors regarding inquiries, outstanding invoices, and resolution of payments. 6. Enters in appropriate invoice description details in Concur. What Skills You'll Bring: Must Haves: - 1-2 years of admin experience from within accounting department or office having worked with invoices. - Microsoft Excel - entry level (they will train on any other functions) - Being able to review reports and invoices to find duplicates in the system to correct Nice Haves: - Symitar system (payment processing, credit union based software) SOFT SKILLS -Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. -Must have the ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple activities. -The ability to complete tasks by following general guidelines and policies is essential. -The individual should be able to identify errors or faults in process and recommend or implement solutions. -fast-paced -Thorough and ask questions -good, positive attitude -focused -take initiative -not afraid to ask questions Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.68 - $27.88/hr.
