As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership. **Summary** Manage, develop, and implement InfoLink processes to improve invoicing performance, InfoLink profitability, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership in InfoLink Sales, Service, and Accounting teams, to identify root cause issues, establish goals, and implement action plans. Evaluate department and team member performance and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and improve organization through training and development to support goal achievement. Provide insight to leadership on changing trends or needs in the customer invoicing and order entry space, including centralized invoicing, third-party portals, and related branch invoicing activities. Create and implement collection strategies to optimize recovery rates, including setting collection goals and timelines. **Responsibilities** **_InfoLink Invoicing and Billing Management_** + Manage invoicing and billing processes for internal and external InfoLink customers. Oversee the creation and distribution of customer invoices based on sales orders and contracts. Ensure invoices reflect accurate customer billing information, such as pricing, quantities, contract, and payment terms. Implement price changes, internal and external costing, transfer costing, and international pricing. Monitor and manage timely processing of invoices to meet deadlines. Evaluate billing data to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors. Work with Information Technology (IT) to maintain Company's invoicing system, ensuring updates are applied and functioning properly, and implement new features or functionalities within the invoicing system to improve efficiency. Manage billing disputes to ensure adequate resolution.Report on metrics and department KPIs such as billing exception reporting, third party billing reporting, and contract extensions. Work with Credit and Collections (C&C) department on billing issues and customer relations. **_InfoLink Order Entry and Team Management_** + Manage a team of Sales Coordinators, Lead Sales Coordinators, Invoicing Supervisor InfoLink, and retailers in end user order and order entry processes. Ensure employees are properly trained (not only for their own responsibilities but for backup support as well) and seek out ways to advance their skills and capabilities. Evaluate and anticipate work volume and assign/distribute work accordingly. Manage InfoLink order entry for select National and retail accounts and support retail channel efforts to order InfoLink products. Review and resolve escalated order issues and track order accuracy. Maintain pricing pages, Partner quoting tool, and review internal costing for profitability. Audit order entry system, ensuring data integrity, and implement best practices to improve efficiency. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, processing time, contract fulfillment, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement. **_InfoLink Collection Activities_** + Work with C&C department to identify delinquent accounts with past due balances. Collaborate with C&C to implement effective collection strategies to recover outstanding debt. Contact customers with overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans and contract buyouts, and resolve billing disputes. Analyze collection data to identify trends, identify potential risks, and inform strategy adjustments. Coordinate with C&C to identify potential credit risks and take preventative measures. Ensure reporting accuracy for profit and loss (P&L) statement. Track KPIs such as past due accounts, customer credit worthiness, third-party billing system entry, and customer contacts. **_Employee Development_** + Perform the various Talent Development duties such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting Talent Development Discussions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and completing annual wage reviews. Responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities **Minimum Qualifications** + 5-7 years' related experience + Bachelor’s degree (Business or Finance) _Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED_ + Occasional travel (0-5%) + Occasional overnight stays (0-5%) + Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday **Preferred Qualifications** + Four to five years of billing experience. + Basic computer skills, proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. + Good written and verbal communication skills, relationship building and time management skills, problem solving capabilities, sense of urgency, responsibility, and self-motivation. + Able to work in a team environment. + High level of interpersonal skills and professionalism. + Able to follow actions and tasks through with little supervision. + Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours to prepare for sales activities. + Leadership training and ability to motivate and communicate effectively. + Financial acumen and strong analytical skills with attention to detail **Work Authorization:** Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
